Dirty Money Feat. Rick Ross “Angels” Remix Video

Posted by T. Adeyemi on January 16, 2010

Let’s say I’m doing some Saturday morning cleaning right now with all the new music and videos I’m flooding the site with. Clearly, moves are being made no matter what time it is where you’re at. With that in mind, I present to you Mr. Always Relevent aka Diddy.

I personally don’t know how he does it, continually reinvent himself that is. It seems every time we would like to close the casket on the Bad Boy legacy, and more importantly push Diddy away to his corporate office he finds a way to stay in front of the camera. But Diddy, seemingly unlike others that are trying to keep their two decade long careers afloat (cough cough, Busta Ryhmes) finds a way to be hot, for lack of a better term. And once again this time is no different.

In case you didn’t know, Diddy has created his latest band called Dirty Money. The threesome is made up of Combs, former Danity Kane member Dawn Richard, & songwriter Kalenna. Diddy first confirmed the group’s existence during one of his P.TwittyTV episodes.

Diddy described the group as, “Dirty Money is not about no drug money, illegal money, or anything negative,” Combs explained. “Dirty Money is a look, a sound, a movement, [and] a crew. For my new album Last Train to Paris, I wanted to do something refreshing, something unique, something forward for myself as an artist…I’m a team player. I wanted to tell a love story…I couldn’t just tell the male’s point of view.”

Since the group’s intro they have dropped two fire singles that have been buzzing online. The first single “Angels” featured a verse from The Most Notorious B.I.G. The second single “Love Come Down” was more of the 90’s Bad Boy feel that we’ve come accustomed to. And now Diddy has released the video to the remix of “Angels” which features The bearded one Rick Ross. According to Diddy a lot of Dirty Money music will be featured on his upcoming album “Last Train to Paris” which has been pushed back from its original scheduled release of November 2009.
