YOUNG JEEZY BRINGS LIL' WAYNE ON STAGE @ BIRTHDAY BASH

Posted by J. Tinsley on June 21, 2009

First off, a huge thank you is in order to Maurice Garland for keeping me updated on Birthday Bash as it went down, step by step. With the self-proclaimed “Mr. Birthday Bash”, Young Jeezy, as one of the events headliners, there was much speculation surrounding what he’d do on the big stage, especially considering his latest track.

I’m assuming he decided going the safe route, otherwise known as bringing Weezy out, was best for his set. It was probably a good decision and in the long run Jeezy stood proud as Atlanta’s crowned leader since Clifford is serving a bid.

Five things I learned from the event, however:

1) Fab is pissed. REAL PISSED.

2) Atlanta hardly remembers Bow Wow.

3) It’s no shame in Plies’ game. NONE.

4) Atlanta loves Trey Songz.

5) Atlanta misses T.I. already.
