Hmmm. You know I…no, no, that’s not what I want to say. It means…no, no, that’s not it either. Really, there aren’t any words to describe the newest ploy to raise commissary money for Max and his current situation.  While it must said seeing another black man fall victim to the penal system is painful to watch, if he really had a part in the crime that went down, then I can’t say he didn’t deserve the verdict that was placed upon him.

That being said, hip-hop has to stop this “free (insert name here)” every time a rapper is placed behind bars. True, sometimes the verdict doesn’t fit the crime, but all too often dumbass decisions lead to incarceration, which happens to be the case for Max.

Please don’t take this the wrong way and believe I don’t support Max’s music because I do.  He and Stack Bundles single handedly made the “Byrdgang Vol. 1” the classic it would eventually became known as. To keep it all the way real with anyone who visits this site, I won’t be buying this.

But for those that would like to, and I’m not one to clown you otherwise, click here.

For the record, they’ll never be another movement like the “Free Pimp C” one.
