Finally, we’ve got some new visuals from Blake Kelly.

Well I’m not sure about you, but I’m constantly awaiting new material from Mr. Kelly. So I was excited when I received this in my e-mail. The Rockstar BK is up and running, making music (and videos apparently), on the road, and doing shows around the DMV and beyond. This summer don’t be surprised if you see this man opening up for some of your favorite artists.

Grade A: B.O.B at SOB’s

Monday night, B.O.B performed at the legendary S.O.B.’s and the video speaks for itself. B.O.B’s crowd control is something reminiscent of Lupe Fiasco. It’s been some time since I’ve seen an artist control the crowd with every word. In 2010 its the beat that controls the crowd. Put on the beat of any recognizable song, and watch the crowd go berserk before the words even begin. There are only a few artists today who can still control a crowd when the beat goes off– acapella. B.O.B comes at a time when most Hip-Hop says nothing, at a time when production trumps lyricism, and EVERYONE who listened to rap over the past 2 decades is looking for an artist to revive RAP.

It seems as I suddenly receive email on top of email from the Grade A videographer (who shall remain nameless due to possible death threats) has unleashed the archives of all the Grade A Certified TV footage. So without looking like a complete ass due to the lateness of a few videos you will soon see, allow me to apologize in advance if anything seems slightly outdated. Nonetheless, anything posted on this site is what we at the Grade A family deemed of much importance, no “filler” posts around these parts.
